Since all orders are immediately paid, your order will be shipped as soon as possible. The order will be processed the same day, or the day after the order. This depends on the time at which you have placed the order. You will recieve the product in 1 or 2 days.
The products in our shop are linked to our inventory system. This means that it is immediately clear whether a product is in stock or not.
Canceling your order
The order that you regret placing can be canceled. In this case we recommend that you contact our customer service as soon as possible. When the order has not yet been sent, this is completely free. If the order has already been shipped it can be returned within 7 days in the original, undamaged packaging. These costs are for your own account.
Change your product
Yes this is possible. Within seven days after receiving the product, contact our customer service. The product you want to change can be sent to our head office, these costs will be for your account. Once these are recieved we will sent you the right product. This will be done for free.

Please keep in mind that it can take up to four weeks before the money is deposited into your bank account from the time you sent the products from the post office.
Damaged products/ missing parts
In case of damage during the transport of products supplied by us, or in the absence of items listed on the packing slip or when the items delivered do not correspond with your order, we kindly ask you to contact our Customer Service (firstname.lastname@example.org) within seven days to provide us all the information.
