How do I register my account?
At the top right of the homepage click “register” to make an account. When your account is activated you can log in with your username and password. Note: This is not available to American and German customers. They can buy Nomad gear at official Nomad distributors in their country. Check our store locator to find the nearest dealer.
When we have received your payment we will send out the goods asap.
We guarantee your order will be shipped within 24 hours if your order is placed on working days before 15:00 (UTC +1).
To make sure the ordered goods will be delivered quickly and safely we transport them with our courier PostNL. The courier will take care of the shipment and the delivery time depends on your location. The shipping costs are:
– Benelux €7,50 (free for orders above €50,-)
– Rest of the world €15,- (free for orders above €150,-)
You can return or exchange the ordered goods within 14 days. Make sure the product in his original state and original packaging. We can’t take back goods that not meet these requirements. You can return the goods by using our freepost service: 3229, 3440 XB, De Meern, The Netherlands.
