Forms seamlessly around your foot

The NOMAD® Coolmax Hiking Sock Quarter is anatomically woven to fit your left and right foot. This, in combination with the elastic instep band, makes the sock form itself perfectly around your feet. With the comfortable cuff around your ankles, the sock stays in place and does not slip, even when exercising strenuously. In addition, the toe seam of the NOMAD® Coolmax Hiking sock Quarter is flat woven, which means that the seam does not bother you when you wear your shoe.

Provides excellent support and protection 

When you walk, there are several places where friction occurs between your foot and your shoe. To prevent wear and tear and blisters on your foot, this hiking sock has reinforcements at the toe and heel. There is also reinforcement around the ankle, the achilles tendon and on top of the foot (under the lace).

Shock-absorbing capacity

When you go hiking, your feet and legs have to deal with shocks with every step. To absorb the first shocks of walking, the NOMAD® Coolmax Hiking Sock Quarter contains a soft, shock-absorbing footbed that provides cushioning. The polyamide in the footbed also adds extra reinforcement.

Keeps feet dry and cool with the unique Coolmax® yarn

These hiking socks contain the unique, cooling Coolmax® yarn. Coolmax® is a collection of polyester fibres designed to help keep your feet dry, cool and comfortable. The fibres absorb moisture and carry it to the surface of the fabric where it quickly evaporates, leaving you unharmed and with dry feet.
