THE COMFORT TEMPERATURE WOMEN is defined as the lowest temperature at which an ‘average’ woman—25 years old, weighing 60 kg and 160 cm tall—can expect to sleep comfortably in a relaxed position. This rating is designed to ensure a comfortable sleep, even for those who are new to using this product.
THE COMFORT TEMPERATURE MEN is defined as the lowest temperature at which an ‘average’ adult male (25 yrs. / 70 kg / 173 cm) can expect to sleep comfortably in a relaxed position. This range is designed to ensure a comfortable night's sleep, particularly for those who are not accustomed to colder environments.
THE EXTREME TEMPERATURE rating is a survival only rating, applicable to an ‘average’ adult. This is the lowest temperature at which the person is expected to survive in a sleeping bag, without necessarily sleeping comfortably. At this temperature, there is a risk of hypothermia if exposed for more than brief periods, and there is also a significant risk of other cold-related injuries such as frostbite.

This summer mummy sleeping bag weighs only 1,000 grams and has an ultra-compact packed size of 32 x 18 cm, so it will easily fit into your backpack, overnight bag or bike bag.

Durable and lightweight materials
The outer layer of the Inca Premium 1000 is a lightweight polyester, with a PFC-free coating that ensures the water-repellent properties of this sleeping bag in an eco-friendly way. The Helixthermo® filling gives the sleeping bag its excellent insulation. It's made of 100% recycled, hollow polyester fibers that keep you cozy and comfortable. The go-to option if you prefer to use non-animal based and hypo-allergenic materials. The hollow, polyester fiber also is the most lightweight option and is extremely durable. It can withstand a regular washing program, extreme heat, cold or compression. This filling, combined with the lining of recycled, 'brushed' polyester, guarantees a wonderfully comfortable sleep.
Features
The sleeping bag has a soft, padded hood with a cord to pull it more snugly around your head for enhanced warmth. The handy 2-way zip can be opened from either end; a handy feature, for example, if you need extra ventilation around your legs. With an impressive length of 145 cm, the zip can be opened all the way to the bottom of the bag and a padded draught strip prevents valuable body warmth from escaping via the zip. Another clever feature is the '3D foot box' at the base of the bag. This provides additional space and insulation, so no more cold feet while you sleep!
You can keep your small, valuable belongings near you while you sleep in the dedicated compartment within the sleeping bag. The Inca Premium 1000 can easily be aired after use thanks to the handy suspension loops provided.
Recommended body length
The recommended maximum body length for this sleeping bag is 190 cm. If you need more space, we have the Inca Premium 1000 XL Sleeping Bag, for a body lenght up to 205 cm.
Comfort temperature
The Inca Premium 1000 is suitable for warmer nights. Approximate comfort temperature are 8°C for women and 3°C for men. This sleeping bag is not suitable for use at temperatures below -10°C. If you intend to travel in colder regions, our Inca Premium 1300 Sleeping Bag may prove more suitable. In warmer regions, we have the Inca Premium 700 Sleeping Bag.
