The lightweight Montagon Premium 18 can be used for any kind of outing, whether you are going out for a hike, opting for a weekend away or simply going to school or work. With a capacity of 18 litres, this bag is compact yet roomy enough to carry everything you need for a day out. The large main compartment can be zipped open halfway, so it’s easy to access all your gear – even the lunch box that is stowed away all the way at the bottom. The front pocket allows you to store small belongings such as chargers, a mobile phone or your keys on the key clip. The bag only weighs 605 grams, which means it hardly adds any extra weight.

The shoulder straps of the Montagon Premium 18 have an ergonomic design that follows the shape of your body, making this bag very comfortable to carry. The clever design of the back with its vertical panels ensures effective support as well as dissipating warmth in the event of physical effort, making the bag ideal for cycling trips or long hikes in warm weather.

The shoulder straps contain a chest strap with a safety whistle which can easily be adjusted or detached in case you don’t need it. The bag also has an adjustable and removable waist strap to improve stability during activity.

The Montagon Premium 18 features a handy drinking system, compatible with any type of hydration bag. On the inside of the back panel you will find a sleeve pocket with a suspension point above it, to which you can attach a hydration bag. Under the handle on the top of the bag there is an opening through which you can stick the tube from the water bag. Pull the tube through the elastic loop on the shoulder strap and click the mouth piece onto the small clip on the chest strap so your drinking tube is always at hand! Additionally, the bag has elastic compartments on either side to stow away your drinking bottle or other small items.

In case you are travelling by bike, there is a handy aluminium hook on top of the Montagon 18 on which you can mount your bicycle helmet. You’ll find an attachment point for bicycle lamps at the bottom of the bag, where there is also a reflective strip ensuring additional visibility in the dark.

Unexpectedly found yourself in a rainstorm? At the bottom of the bag, behind a velcro strip, you’ll find a flashy raincover with a reflection strap to shield your belongings from the rain.

At NOMAD, we are aware that products may get damaged during intensive use. This is why the Montagon Premium 18 comes with a repair patch as standard to prolong its life.
