Exchanging your product
It is possible to exchange your product. Please contact our customer service department within 7 days of receiving the product. You can send the product you want to exchange to us using the reply number below. Upon receipt, we will send you back the correct product at no charge.
Returning your product
You can return your product up to 30 days after purchase. The best way to return is to use our freepost number where you can send the product to the following address:

Write the reply number on the box and hand in the parcel at a post office/postNL drop-off point. By using the freepost number you do not have to pay return costs.
We recommend always requesting a track and trace code and keeping it until the return is processed. Please include your name and order number with the shipment so that we can process the order properly upon receipt.
We will process the returned item as soon as possible upon receipt and check it for damage. Should this be the case, we may charge any costs for this.
Once the products are received in good condition*, the money will automatically be transferred to your account.
*Please note the following when returning the shipment:
- The products are not used, not dirty and/or have been cleaned
- The products are returned in their original packaging
- The products are complete
If the shipment does not meet these requirements, we reserve the right to charge a fee and the shipping costs for returning the order will not be refunded.
Please note that it may take up to four weeks – from the time you have returned the products via the post office – for the money to be credited to your account.
