Shipping, Exchanges, and Returns

At NOMAD, we offer you the freedom to purchase our products anytime and anywhere, even without a physical store nearby. For this reason, our website is always accessible, and we deliver our products worldwide. Below, you will find all the necessary information regarding shipping your order, exchanging products, or how to return a product you've ordered.

Shipping and Delivery Times

Upon receipt of payment, we arrange shipping within two business days at most. Our goal is to ship your order within 24 hours if possible.

For orders placed on weekdays (Monday through Friday) before 12:00 PM, we process and deliver them the next day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM are shipped the next business day and typically delivered the day after. Orders placed over the weekend? Expect us to ship your order on the next business day. We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

If you are unsure whether your order was successful, you will always receive an order confirmation email from us. Check your mailbox to see if you have received it. If you find nothing in your Inbox, there is a possibility that the email has gone into your SPAM box.

After we have collected and packed your order, we hand it over to one of our carriers.

For shipping, we work with PostNL and DPD, our reliable partners who, like us, take sustainability seriously. They will also send you a track and trace email with delivery information so that you can follow your order.

If your order is unexpectedly delayed, use the Track & Trace code to follow the status of your order. If you haven't received a code, please contact our customer service.

Shipping Costs

We ship orders over €50 free of charge. For purchases under this amount, shipping costs are charged. You can find the shipping costs for your location in our overview.

Please note: For orders outside the EU, additional import duties may apply upon delivery. The rules and rates vary by country. Please consult the customs authorities of your country for more information.

Due to the effects of BREXIT, it is unfortunately no longer possible to deliver orders in the United Kingdom.

It may always happen that your order is not as you expected. NOMAD is not liable for non-delivery, delays, damage, or shortfalls of products if the cause is beyond our reasonable control.

Returns and Exchanges

If you want to exchange or return a product, it is important to follow the correct steps to ensure the process goes smoothly.

When you want to return a product

You have the option to return products up to 30 days after purchase, with products always returnable without reason within 14 days of purchase. Follow the step-by-step plan below to return your order so that we can provide the best possible service:

Step 1:

Package the products to be returned in the original packaging and seal it well. Include a note with your name and order number (the packing slip can be used for this) so we can handle the return administratively correctly. Ensure that the returned products:

  • Have not been used, soiled, or cleaned
  • Are in their original packaging (use a sturdy replacement box if necessary)
  • Are complete and resalable

Step 2:

Write the following address and reply number on the box and drop off the package at a PostNL drop-off point. By using the reply number, you do not need to pay for the return shipping.

Keep your Track & Trace code until the return is processed.

You are always responsible for the shipment as the sender of the return.

Step 3:

Upon receipt, we will check the returned products for usage damage. If we find damage or incomplete products, costs may be charged and return costs will not be reimbursed. Once we receive the products in good condition, the purchase amount will be refunded via the same payment method used for the purchase. This can take up to four weeks.

Exchanging a Product

If the size is not right or you want a different color, exchanging is easy. Contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt. Return the product using the same process and specify on the packing slip which product you wish to receive. We will send the replacement product to you free of charge once we have received your return.

Cancelling an Order

If you want to cancel an order, make sure to notify us in time. Once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier, we unfortunately can no longer do anything about it.
