Since all orders are immediately paid, your order will be shipped as soon as possible. The order will be processed the same day, or the day after the order. This depends on the time at which you have placed the order. You will receive the product in 1 or 2 days.
The products in our shop are linked to our inventory system. This means that it is immediately clear whether a product is in stock or not.
Cancelling your order
The order that you regret placing can be cancelled. In this case we recommend that you contact our customer service as soon as possible. When the order has not yet been sent, this is completely free. If the order has already been shipped it can be returned within 7 days in the original, undamaged packaging. These costs are for your own account.
Change your product
Yes this is possible. Within seven days after receiving the product, contact our customer service. The product you want to change can be sent to our head office, these costs will be for your account. Once these are received we will send you the right product. This will be done for free.
Returning a product
- Go to the webshop, log into My Nomad and go to ‘Order Summary’. To log in you have to use your email address and the order number. This number can be found in your confirmation email of your order.
- In My Nomad you can find an overview of all the orders you have placed. Behind the orders that are still able to be returned you can see the words ‘return’. Click on this button.
- Specify which products you want to return and fill in the required fields.
- You will receive an confirmation email of the return request. Print this email and add this to the products that you send back.
- Send the products to the following address: The Nomad Company, the date on which the products were sent Attn: Customer Service, Landzigt 32a, 3454PE, De Meern.
- If you are unable to log into My Nomad you can also return the product without a confirmation email. Instead you add an overview containing the following:
- Personal information (name and address)
- Bank account name and number.
- Order number and/or confirmation email of the order
- Once the products are received in good condition*, the money will be deposited automatically into your account.
*Keep the following in mind when returning your order:
- The products are not used, dirty and/or have been cleaned
- The products are returned in the original packaging
- The products are complete
If the shipment does not meet these requirements, we reserve the right to charge a fee.
Please keep in mind that it can take up to four weeks before the money is deposited into your bank account from the time you sent the products back.
Damaged products/ missing parts
In case of damage during the transport of products supplied by us, or in the absence of items listed on the packing slip or when the items delivered do not correspond with your order, we kindly ask you to contact our Customer Service (firstname.lastname@example.org) within seven days to provide us all the information.
